By accessing, registering, or using any service of 785bet — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, crash games, e-sports, or any other category available on the platform — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the Terms and Conditions set out here, as well as our Privacy Policy and the guidelines of Responsible Gambling.

For the purposes of this document, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" refers to the website 785bet.best and any application or digital service operated by 785bet.
• "User" refers to any individual who has created an account with 785bet and uses the available services.
• "Account" refers to the individual account created by the user on the platform, linked to a unique CPF and a valid email address.
• "Balance" — refers to the amount in BRL available in the user's account for betting, including completed deposits and confirmed winnings.
• "Bonus" refers to any additional amount credited by 785bet to the user's account as part of promotions or loyalty programs, subject to specific conditions.

To create an account and use the services of 785bet, you must meet all of the requirements below without exception:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age as of the date of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF in good standing with the Receita Federal.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts, as defined by the Brazilian Civil Code.
• Not be enrolled in any self-exclusion program for gambling or sports betting, whether with 785bet or any other operator.
• Not be an employee, partner, service provider, or immediate family member of an employee of 785bet or any commercial partner with access to privileged information about odds or markets.

A 785bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of an official photo ID (RG or CNH), proof of address issued within the last 90 days, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to submit the requested documents within the established timeframe may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

You are solely responsible for keeping your 785bet account login credentials secure on the 785bet. This includes your registered email address, password, and any active two-factor authentication (2FA) code. 785bet will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately at contato@785bet.best or via the platform chat. 785bet will take the necessary steps to protect your account, but is not liable for losses resulting from the user's own carelessness or negligence in safeguarding their credentials.

• The information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. False data will result in account closure.
• Any changes to registration details must be reported to 785bet through support before requesting withdrawals.
• The account is strictly for personal use and is non-transferable. Granting, selling, or sharing access with third parties is not permitted.
• 785bet may temporarily block or suspend an account for security verification without prior notice if suspicious activity is detected.

All financial transactions on 785bet are conducted exclusively in Brazilian reais (R$ / BRL). The platform does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currency. The accepted payment methods are as follows:

• Pix — the preferred method, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with no fees for the user. Deposits are credited instantly and withdrawals are processed in up to 5 minutes.
• Credit and debit card — major card brands accepted. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.
• Boleto bancário — clearing period of up to 2 business days after payment.
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — real-time processing or within 1 business hour.
• TED Transfer — available for accounts at Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian banking institutions.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 10.00. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. There is no general maximum limit, but withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00 may be subject to additional identity and source-of-funds verification, in accordance with current regulatory requirements in Brazil.

Deposits made while a bonus is active may have withdrawal restrictions until the rollover requirements are met. See section 6 of this document for full details on bonus rules.

A 785bet offers Sports Betting across more than 50 categories, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Copa Sudamericana, and international competitions), volleyball, NBB basketball, MMA/UFC, tennis, e-sports (CS2, Valorant, CBLOL, Free Fire, and more), and Live Casino with real dealers.

• All bets are final once confirmed on the platform. It is not possible to cancel or modify a confirmed bet, except when the Cash Out feature is available for that specific market.
• The odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed are the odds applied to the slip, even if they are updated before the event begins.
• If a market is suspended during a live bet, the bet will remain valid at the odds recorded at the time of confirmation.
• Postponed matches are handled under the 48-hour rule: if the match takes place within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, bets remain valid. Otherwise, they are canceled and the amounts are returned to the user's balance.
• Obvious odds input errors (such as odds clearly outside market range due to a system failure) may be voided by 785bet after notifying the user. Winnings already withdrawn from bets placed at incorrect odds may be reclaimed by the platform.

The Cash Out feature lets you settle bets before the final result, receiving a proportional value calculated in real time. Cash Out may not be available for all markets or at all times, and 785bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend this feature for technical or operational reasons.

A 785bet offers promotions and bonuses to its users, including a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to R$ 500.00. Each promotion has its own specific conditions, and the general rules below apply to all bonuses offered by the platform:

• Bonuses are valid exclusively for users with a complete, verified account in good standing.
• Each bonus may be used only once per CPF, per address, per device, and per payment method.
• The welcome bonus requires a 30x rollover on the bonus amount received. This means that to withdraw a R$ 100.00 bonus, you must place bets totalling R$ 3,000.00 on eligible markets.
• Bets eligible for bonus rollover are those with minimum odds of 1.50 on any market available on the platform, including live bets.
• Cancelled bets, hedged bets, and bets resulting in a technical push (odds of 1.0) do not count toward rollover completion.
• The rollover must be completed within 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is activated. Unused bonuses or those whose rollover requirements are not met within this period are automatically canceled with no possibility of recovery.
• 785bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, with at least 24 hours' prior notice published on the platform.

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on the 785bet and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending balances and bonuses, and, where applicable, notification to the relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account per CPF or per household at the same address.
• Use of bots, scripts, automated software, or any technology to place bets in a non-manual manner.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the platform for financial transactions unrelated to legitimate betting.
• Placing bets using privileged inside information about the outcome of sporting events (match-fixing or insider information).
• Coordination across multiple accounts to guarantee a profitable outcome regardless of an event's result (abusive coordinated arbitrage).
• Any attempt to hack, breach, alter data, or otherwise technically interfere with the 785bet platform or its systems.
• Using third-party data to create an account or carry out transactions without the data owner's consent.
• Any conduct that violates applicable Brazilian law, including the Marco Civil da Internet (Law 12.965/2014) and the LGPD (Law 13.709/2018).

We provide the following control tools, accessible directly from your account menu:

• Deposit limit — set a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or month. The limit takes effect immediately once configured and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time limit — set automatic alerts that notify you when you have been online longer than your defined limit.
• Voluntary Self-Exclusion — request a temporary or permanent suspension of your account. Short-term self-exclusions (1 to 6 months) are processed immediately. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable.

You may request the closure of your account at 785bet at any time, without needing to provide a reason, via the support chat or by emailing contato@785bet.best. Prior to closure, you may request a withdrawal of your available balance, provided the rollover conditions of any active bonuses have been met.

785bet may close or suspend an account in the following cases, with or without prior notice depending on the severity:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Well-founded suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Failure to submit verification documents within the requested timeframe.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 months with no transactions.
• Order issued by a court or competent regulatory authority.

In the event of closure due to a terms violation, 785bet reserves the right to withhold bonus balances and winnings derived from bets placed in breach of the rules. Balances originating from the user's own deposits will be returned after review, following an internal investigation.

A 785bet makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform's continuous availability and proper functioning. However, it is not liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions due to technical reasons, scheduled maintenance, or third-party infrastructure failures (such as internet providers or Pix services).
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the user based on analyses or information from sources outside the platform.
• Transmission errors, delays, or data loss caused by an unstable internet connection on the user's end.
• Damages resulting from unauthorized account access due to the user's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials.

785bet's maximum liability with respect to any individual user claim is limited to the amount of the available balance in the user's account at the time the event giving rise to the claim occurred.

A 785bet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 7 calendar days in advance by email to the address registered on the account and/or via a notification on the platform itself.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before they take effect, as described in section 10.

The current version of this document, with the last update date shown at the top of the page, is always the version in effect. Previous versions may be requested through support at contato@785bet.best, but carry no legal validity after the updated version is published.

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Brazilian law, including the Brazilian Civil Code (Law 10.406/2002), the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/1990), the Internet Civil Framework (Law 12.965/2014), and the General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018).

For the resolution of any dispute arising from the interpretation or enforcement of this document that cannot be settled amicably through the support of the 785bet, the courts of the user's domicile in Brazil shall have jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other venue, regardless of privilege.
